Ingredients
4-5 medium carrots, cut into 3 inch pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. Lemony Dill Seasoning
Instructions
Place carrots in a pot with enough water to cover, add a tsp of salt. Bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer carrots until tender, 7-8 minutes. Drain and add butter, honey and Lemony Dill. Mix until carrots are coated and glazed.
